Lucas' 6 month checkup

Well, Lucas has hit the big 1/2 year mark. I took him in yesterday for his checkup and shots and he took it like a champ! By the time we left, he actually had groupies....little groups of nurses smiling at him and cooing over him, he just ate it up! He almost destroyed the room we were in - shredded the paper the table was covered in, tried to eat a magazine, and when I stood near the window with him, he grabbed the blinds and practically ripped them out of the window! He has gotten so fast with those grabby hands.

Here's his current stats:
Height: 26" (35%)
Weight: 16 3/4 lbs. (34%)
Head circumference: 85% (what can we say..this kid has brains!!!)

SO he is still a bit on the "petite side" but he is definitely growing. He is so darn strong and doing lots of things that are a bit "ahead" of the schedule.

He is crawling and loves to jump up and down. He loves to watch cars and trucks drive down the street and tries to talk alot. Still no teeth, but LOTS of drool!! hahaha He loves to drink water from his sippy cups and eats bananas, sweet potatoes, peas, pears, and "mum mum" crackers....He's also tried watermelon and LLLLLOOOOVVEEESSSS it!!

I'm in the market for a different car seat as he is outgrowing his as we speak!
